Made of the same high-temperature materials as our Custom, Modulars™ offer insulating capacities in a universal fit identical to those in a custom configuration.

Teflon®-Coated Modular Insulation For Non-stick Performance

Each Modular™ nests snugly into the overlapping "shirt-tail" of the adjourning Module.

Each Modular™ features an overlapping outer coat of Fiberlon, a Teflon®-coated fiberglass fabric that helps create a continuous, unitized insulating cover around the barrel. The horizontal and vertical overlap helps prevent pellets from working under the jackets, while the non-stick surface helps keep plastic from bonding to the insulation.

Modulars™ are built with materials specifically selected for high-temperature plastics processing environments, including high-temperature hook-and-loop fasteners with stainless-steel hooks and Nomex® loop, ceramic fiber insulating filler, and an interior lining of high-performance silica fabric.

Every Modular™ is backed by a full one-year warranty on workmanship and materials.

Let purge cool and peel it off.
